Job Summary
Owning the design and delivery of workflow automations and full-stack applications, the part-time Senior Software Engineer will work remotely to translate client requirements into technical solutions, develop AI agents, and support Associate engineers with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver workflow automations and full-stack applications for client engagements
- Architect and develop AI agents and workflows using platforms like Claude and ChatGPT
- Lead development within Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint/M365, including custom integrations
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack development
- Experience designing and building workflow automations or integrations, particularly with Microsoft Power Platform
- Hands-on experience with AI agents or LLM-powered workflows
- Ability to translate client requirements into technical designs with limited oversight
- Strong debugging, testing, and technical documentation skills
