Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the development of scalable systems, the full-time salaried Senior Software Engineer will take ownership of large technical projects, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the Mindbody ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discussions with Product, Design, and QA to iterate on product design and implementation
- Build, maintain, and own backend systems and applications while practicing engineering best practices
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical interviews, and by fostering a culture of growth and learning
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in programming large-scale SaaS products
- Proficiency in building backend services using an object-oriented language such as C# or Java
- Experience designing and working with microservice architecture
- Familiarity with SDLC, programming design patterns, and Agile methodology
- Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases
