Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of innovative AI tools, the remote Senior Software Engineer will shape and execute the technical direction of infrastructure and products, focusing on building developer productivity tools and AI-assisted solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive the AI for Developers strategy from ideation through shipping, demonstrating ownership and coding across various stacks
- Make architectural and technical decisions that balance ambition with real-world constraints and long-term operability
- Serve as a consultant and coach to empower teams to adopt and leverage new AI capabilities in their workflows
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of industry experience or equivalent expertise
- Prior experience in building developer infrastructure or tooling at scale
- Hands-on experience applying AI technologies to software development challenges
- Proficiency in one or more of Go, Python, Typescript, or Kotlin
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree or equivalent experience
