Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of AI Assistant and Orchestration products, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will build scalable web applications using Python, Django, and React while leveraging modern AI tools to enhance engineering workflows.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and ship features for AI Assistant and Orchestration products, including agents and tools
- Add evaluation cases for AI behavior to ensure quality before release
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams in an Agile environment using tools like Git and JIRA
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field preferred
- 6+ years of experience building scalable web applications with a focus on Python, Django, and React
- Hands-on experience with LLM-powered features and related integrations
- Experience with Amazon Web Services and other cloud services
- Proficiency in using AI coding tools such as Claude, Codex, or similar throughout the development lifecycle
