Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of advanced autonomous driving technology, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will architect and implement metrics and analyses for software performance, design analysis algorithms, and develop methods to introspect machine learning components, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and implement metrics to evaluate autonomous driving software performance across the autonomy stack
- Design algorithms to summarize and analyze metrics from simulations and on-road tests
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights for development and verification teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with robotics or autonomous systems software and data analysis
- 3+ years of experience evaluating dynamic systems using numerical and/or machine learning approaches
- Strong proficiency in Python, including testing and performance practices
- Experience with data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
