Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing engineering team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will embed with client teams to manage end-to-end engagements, architect systems, and deploy AI solutions in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own client engagements by scoping problems, shipping systems, and managing relationships while running multiple projects in parallel
• Design and implement AI-native systems using agentic development workflows and full-stack engineering practices
• Architect reliable, observable platforms that enhance client operations and ensure seamless user experiences

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience, particularly in building and operating production systems
• Strong fundamentals in engineering with the ability to turn ambiguous problems into clean production code
• Cross-domain fluency in data, infrastructure, backend, and AI, with the ability to own engagements independently
• Experience with AI systems work, including agentic workflows and LLM integrations
• Strong client-facing skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly and engaging in meaningful discussions about project scope and tradeoffs
