Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Solutions Engineering Team, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will design complex integrations, mentor team members, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver tailored technical solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Shape and implement complex cross-system integrations while understanding operational implications
- Identify and address root causes of issues, ensuring long-term solutions and documentation
- Mentor team members, including non-engineers, providing coding guidance and support
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience writing production code, preferably in Ruby on Rails
- Proficiency with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
- Experience in building and consuming APIs across service boundaries
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and their application in coding
- Background in solutions engineering or customer-facing technical roles
