Job Summary

- Design and build Crimson Academies' products across various platforms and technologies
- Take ownership of technical problems from framing to shipping and iterating
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to improving CI/CD and deployment practices
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong full-stack instincts with deep backend and infrastructure experience
- Fluency in technologies such as HTML5/CSS, React, TypeScript, Node, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and Terraform
- Experience in a strong CI/CD environment with a track record of shipping quality software
- Genuine interest in growing into technical leadership over time
