Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
As a hands-on technical leader, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and optimize patient-facing experiences and backend services in a remote environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall quality and performance of the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable, performant full stack solutions that improve the patient experience
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers on best practices and coding standards
- Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams to launch new features and improve user experience
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building production web products with strong skills in React/Next.js and Node/TypeScript
- Proven experience delivering scalable web applications in a modern cloud environment
- Proficiency in front end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and back end technologies (Node.js, PostgresDB)
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical skills, including event instrumentation and basic SQL
