Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Joining a collaborative team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will lead high-complexity projects, mentor peers, and develop scalable production code, while working closely with product and design teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to define requirements and drive product development from conception to launch
- Lead project planning and execution within a triad of Product Manager, Designer, and Engineering Lead, effectively scoping and prioritizing work
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering their growth and development while ensuring code quality through thorough reviews and testing
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in contributing production code
- Experience leading or owning projects and driving them to completion
- Proficiency in Ruby, C#, Java, or Python (Ruby preferred)
- Direct experience with AI and agentic software development
- Strong understanding of JavaScript or TypeScript fundamentals, including React
