Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Focused on enhancing radiology software solutions, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain applications while ensuring the integrity and efficiency of the Radiology Information System (RIS) in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct analysis of user requirements and improve existing systems through software architecture and development
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing applications, ensuring quick resolution of escalated issues
- Provide technical leadership and assist in defining project sprints within an Agile development framework
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Seven years of experience in web application development and relational databases, including .NET framework and SQL
- Five years of experience in designing solutions within a large-scale healthcare organization
- Three years of practical experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD deployments
- Advanced knowledge of healthcare data interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR
