Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Operating remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Software Engineer on the Core Products team will take end-to-end ownership of product features, architect AI-driven solutions, and design resilient systems to enhance financial access for millions of workers.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with design, product, and data teams to define technical strategy and evaluate product trade-offs
- Architect and deploy features utilizing AI models and autonomous workflows to improve user experience
- Own features post-launch by measuring business impact and iterating based on user behavior
Required qualifications
- Deep experience in building and maintaining production-grade applications in cloud-native environments
- Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted workflows for high-quality code generation
- Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and data engineering pipelines
- Proficiency in full-stack development, particularly with React.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL
- Exceptional communication skills in a collaborative environment
