Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of enterprise-scale data engineering solutions, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create AI-powered data pipelines and optimize ETL/ELT architecture while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and operationalize data engineering solutions and AI workflows to solve complex business challenges
• Lead data acquisition and transformation processes across healthcare data sources to enhance data platforms for advanced analytics
• Implement and maintain ETL/ELT methodologies while ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance with privacy standards

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience with relational, dimensional, or non-relational data storage systems
• 7+ years in designing ETL/ELT solutions using tools like PL/SQL or T-SQL
• 5+ years managing and querying data assets with SQL, Python, Scala, or similar languages
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Spark, Scala, or Python
• 1+ years of experience building GenAI/LLM solutions, including RAG pipelines and enterprise data integration
