Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance data models and Databricks pipelines in the healthcare sector, the full-time Senior Software Engineer I will develop scalable solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable and performant solutions
- Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to execute technical roadmaps using Agile processes
- Mentor and coach junior engineers through thorough pull request reviews and feedback sessions
Required qualifications
- BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience with SQL or other database querying languages on large multi-table data sets
- 4+ years of experience in building backend applications as part of a cross-functional team
- 2+ years of experience as a trusted technical decision-maker in a team setting
- 2+ years of experience coaching other engineers
