Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Building and operating core developer infrastructure services, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will enhance engineering productivity metrics and lead technical design for cross-cutting projects in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate core developer infrastructure services across CI, build systems, deployment orchestration, and test infrastructure
- Improve key engineering productivity metrics, including build and CI time, deploy speed and safety, and test feedback quality
- Mentor engineers and help shape the technical direction of the platform
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building and operating production software with strong distributed systems fundamentals
- Proficiency in Go or a similar programming language
- Experience in developer infrastructure or platform domains such as CI/CD, build systems, or test infrastructure
- Strong operational instincts with a focus on reliability, security, and observability
- Experience operating at scale with Kubernetes, AWS, and containers
