Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Driving the next evolution of developer workflows, the contract Senior Software Engineer will modernize CI/CD automation and enable backend microservices for AI tools while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provision dedicated test accounts and execute comprehensive integration and load testing suites within Pipelines
- Identify and expose core microservice APIs to be Model Context Protocol (MCP) compliant
- Perform regular deployment support and maintain pipeline health while resolving operational tickets and technical debt
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience delivering scalable backend services
- Hands-on experience with internal Amazon development tools such as Brazil, Apollo, and Pipelines
- Expertise in exposing and consuming microservice endpoints via Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Background in handling deployment support, pipeline automation, and security policy remediation
- Must be located in and authorized to work in the United States
