Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Owning product components and driving features from design to production, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will work remotely to build and maintain integrations for customer infrastructure, enhance platform observability, and strengthen reliability in Kubernetes environments.
Key responsibilities
- Design, architect, and implement product features end-to-end
- Build and maintain integrations with customer services and infrastructure
- Develop observability tracing, metrics, and logging to improve product performance
Required qualifications
- Proven experience designing and managing large production systems
- Expertise in Kubernetes, distributed systems, and microservice orchestration
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems debugging and observability
- Strong application-level engineering skills with fluency in multiple programming languages, primarily Go and TypeScript
- Experience shipping enterprise software in self-managed or on-prem environments
