Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Growth & Engagement team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and maintain customer-facing features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive product experimentation in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain features that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to identify growth opportunities and guide product decisions through experimentation
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to the technical direction and engineering practices of the team
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on production software
- Strong proficiency in modern web applications, particularly with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MongoDB
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools and a familiarity with the AI tooling ecosystem
- Proven track record of building customer-facing products in collaboration with Product and Design teams
- Experience in designing and analyzing product experiments, including A/B testing and feature flagging
