Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Driving innovation in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will lead the design and development of scalable solutions for the Global Forwarding platform, focusing on modernization and automation initiatives while providing technical leadership and mentoring to other engineers.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable software solutions to modernize and automate complex workflows
- Translate business and customer problems into durable technical solutions, incorporating AI-enabled functionalities
- Provide technical leadership across initiatives, ensuring alignment on reusable patterns and common capabilities
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience developing and implementing commercial software
- Strong experience in object-oriented application design and development (e.g., C#, .NET)
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and integrations across multiple applications
- Proficiency in database design and development using relational and non-relational databases
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
