Job Summary
Joining a remote team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will direct production workstreams utilizing autonomous coding agents, review agent-generated pull requests for quality assurance, and author evaluation suites to ensure software correctness within a FedRAMP-authorized environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Direct the agent array by decomposing problems into tasks suitable for execution and integrating outputs into shipped software
- Review agent-generated pull requests to identify defects in correctness, security, and accessibility while maintaining a consistent quality bar
- Author evaluation suites that define measurable quality criteria for the software development pipeline
Required qualifications:
- Strong engineering fundamentals in data structures, systems design, and testing
- Proven experience in shipping production software and owning its quality
- Hands-on experience directing coding agents and critically reviewing agent-generated code
- Demonstrated competence in code review, identifying defects that automated tests may miss
- Ability to work autonomously and escalate issues proactively
