Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the rapidly expanding retail vertical, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will work closely with engineering and product leads to identify high-impact opportunities, plan and prototype solutions, and make technical decisions that shape the future of the retail platform.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering and product leads to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities
- Plan, scope, and prototype solutions, considering the entire feature lifecycle from design to rollout
- Incorporate direct customer feedback and industry trends to enhance product offerings
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in building and shipping production software
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or other object-oriented programming languages
- Demonstrated growth mindset with a focus on learning and self-improvement
- Startup mindset with comfort in ambiguity and flexibility in using different tech stacks
- Experience with testing methodologies and frameworks
