Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To shape the core architecture of a Fintech Platform, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will architect and implement scalable backend microservices while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable backend microservices within the Payments, Disbursements, or GRC squad
- Design and optimize systems for secure fund collection and timely disbursement of funds
- Build and enhance compliance systems for user onboarding and regulatory adherence
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record in building and iterating on software applications in the Fintech domain
- Solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, and web service design, including REST APIs
- Experience with architectural patterns and practices such as Hexagonal Architecture and A/B Testing
- Domain expertise in payment systems, financial disbursement solutions, or compliance-driven platforms is highly desirable
