Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting the Navisphere Orders capability team, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will evaluate requirements, estimate tasks, and write code to meet performance and security objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance software development processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop software solutions that meet customer requirements, focusing on performance and availability
- Collaborate with product managers and principal software engineers to translate requirements into detailed designs
- Optimize and refactor code to improve performance, maintainability, and security
Required qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in a software development team environment
- 6+ years of experience creating applications in an object-oriented environment (e.g., C#, .NET)
- Experience with relational (e.g., MS SQL, Oracle) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB)
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven engineering practices and AI-assisted development tools
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS, or equivalent work experience with a high school diploma/GED
