Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Building and operating agents across the testing lifecycle, the full-time Senior Software Engineer, Quality will develop test infrastructure and tooling to enhance software quality while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and operate agents for test design, generation, maintenance, execution, and failure triage
- Own and maintain the infrastructure that ensures reliable agent-driven testing
- Define metrics for measuring agent output quality to enable teams to trust automated results
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer with a focus on quality
- Production experience in building test infrastructure or developer tooling
- Hands-on experience with LLMs or agent frameworks, including prompt design and evaluating output quality
- Comfort with distributed systems and continuous integration at scale
- Proven ability to drive adoption of tools in teams that do not report directly to you
