Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the design and implementation of large-scale software systems, the full-time remote Senior Staff Software Engineer will manage all stages of the software development lifecycle, focusing on building solutions that enhance end-user efficiency and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams through development stages from concept to deployment and post-launch monitoring
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and design technical solutions that align with business goals
- Drive the adoption of best practices across engineering teams, promoting solution innovation and evaluating new technologies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 12 - 15 years of related work experience
- Proficient with C#, SQL Server, Vue, and VB.NET
- Proficient with cloud technologies (preferably GCP)
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar AI tooling
