Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance the Integrated Training and Learning platform, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and support features using C#/.NET microservices, contribute to the React front end, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, and deploy features across the ITL stack, including C#/.NET microservices and React components
- Own the health of the services, monitor performance, and resolve production issues while participating in on-call rotations
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance workflow and identify opportunities for product improvement
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Five years or more of professional software engineering experience with production web applications and services
- Three years or more of hands-on experience with C# and .NET, including building APIs and backend services
- Experience with distributed, event-driven systems and message brokers, such as Azure Service Bus
- Proficiency in building front-end features in React and designing relational data models with SQL
