Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support a healthcare technology team, the contract Senior Software Engineer will design and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python, while developing cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and integrating AI capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python
- Build scalable cloud-native solutions within Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into business applications and workflows
Required qualifications
- Strong proficiency in SQL & Python development
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud environments
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, LLMs, or intelligent automation solutions
- Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, and CI/CD practices
