Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Building AI and automation systems to enhance clinical and business operations, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will own significant areas across product, data, infrastructure, and automation in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Build LLM agents and automation pipelines to replace manual workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Own and ship both internal and external products, collaborating with clinical and business operations teams to identify user needs
- Design and maintain HIPAA-compliant data architecture and shared services, including integrations across CRM and healthcare systems
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building AI systems in production, including LLM integrations and AI-powered workflows
- Proficiency in TypeScript and experience as a full-stack generalist across frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to ship high-quality code, UI, and documentation independently
- Experience in building products from 0-1 at an early-stage startup
- Familiarity with using AI in development workflows
