Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the enterprise identity platform end-to-end, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and operate systems for user sign-up, authentication, and identity management in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship software for onboarding, authenticating, and authorizing users across the Thrive ecosystem
- Independently scope and deliver medium-to-large projects, transforming ambiguous problems into actionable workstreams
- Collaborate with Product and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical plans while maintaining communication throughout the delivery process
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree or relevant work experience
- Senior-level engineering experience with a proven track record of owning production systems end-to-end
- Strong proficiency in Java/Kotlin and ideally full-stack with TypeScript
- Experience building and supporting B2B/enterprise-facing software
- Hands-on experience with standards-based identity protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and SCIM provisioning
