Job Summary
To support the development of critical payroll infrastructure, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will drive the evolution of tips and earnings platforms, ensuring accuracy in employee compensation through robust system ownership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex projects to enhance the functionality and reliability of tips and earnings platforms
- Take end-to-end ownership of systems, focusing on correctness, reliability, and maintainability
- Mentor team members and contribute to engineering culture through code reviews and technical discussions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of back-end experience with object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Java, Kotlin)
- Proficiency in modern web standards and technologies (e.g., React, TypeScript, REST, GraphQL)
