Job Summary
To support the development of innovative Route Planning products, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer II will design and build features end to end, leveraging AI to enhance customer efficiency and collaborating closely with product managers and designers.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement features that cater to a diverse customer base, enhancing route planning efficiency
- Utilize AI to address customer needs and improve product reliability through prototyping and refactoring
- Mentor junior engineers and advocate for technical excellence within the team
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years of experience as a software engineer
- Demonstrated ability to execute in ambiguous environments
- Proven experience in shaping and improving routing and navigation products
- Willingness to engage directly with customers when needed
