Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of impactful digital services, the remote Senior Software Engineer - Front End/Back End will design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions while mentoring junior engineers and driving improvements in software engineering processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions across front-end and back-end systems
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers in their technical and problem-solving skills
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, identifying opportunities for system and process improvements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Expert-level knowledge in at least one technical discipline, including front-end, back-end, or full-stack engineering
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining production software applications
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience providing technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers
