Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To push the frontier of agentic AI in healthcare, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and deploy machine learning and LLM systems, working remotely to enhance clinician and patient interactions with the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the technical execution of complex AI initiatives, partnering with senior engineers on architectural direction
- Design and improve advanced machine learning systems for patient and provider-facing products
- Own end-to-end problem-solving, including scoping, building datasets, iterating on models, and shipping to production
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of hands-on engineering experience with at least 1 year in building and deploying machine learning systems
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience shipping reliable code in Python or a comparable language
- Practical understanding of modern LLM techniques and their applications
- Experience working with real-world data and designing evaluation frameworks
