Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Owning and re-architecting the CI/CD pipeline, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will enhance software delivery across .NET, Python, and Svelte ecosystems while working remotely to improve internal tooling and reduce engineering friction.
Key responsibilities
- Own and re-architect the CI/CD pipeline end to end across multiple language ecosystems
- Identify and address inefficiencies in engineering processes through data analysis and conversation
- Build and improve internal tools that enhance developer experience and adoption
Required qualifications
- Proven experience designing and rebuilding CI/CD pipelines
- Strong software engineering skills with the ability to write respected code
- Experience with pipelines that serve multiple language ecosystems and managing dependency caches
- Familiarity with DORA metrics for measuring software delivery performance
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code and containerization
