Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Evaluating AI-generated coding interactions, the contract Senior Software Engineer will work remotely on a part-time basis, focusing on assessing the quality of outputs from coding agents like OpenAI Codex and Claude Code while providing detailed feedback on their engineering judgment and reasoning.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions for usefulness and correctness
- Assess the quality of explanations and reasoning behind AI outputs
- Provide clear, opinionated feedback on AI interactions and define quality standards
Required qualifications
- Senior, Staff, or Principal-level engineer (or equivalent experience)
- Strong background in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor
- Deep familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows
- Strong written and spoken English (B2 or above) for detailed feedback and video explanations
