Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Focused on building systems that convert care into revenue, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will manage the quote-to-cash process, enhance billing accuracy, and design self-service tools for finance and operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead projects from ambiguous finance or client-facing problems to production-ready solutions
- Build and extend Go services for contract configuration, billable event generation, and claims submission
- Improve billing correctness and develop tools for stakeholders to manage contracts and data independently
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building and operating backend services in production using Go or another statically typed language
- Experience with event-driven architectures and understanding of their failure modes
- Strong SQL skills and ability to work across application code and analytics layers
- Proven track record of owning systems with external correctness consequences, such as billing or claims
- Experience with a major cloud platform, preferably GCP
