Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely as an independent contractor, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will own end-to-end features across React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and SQL while contributing to the development of the IDRE platform for Independent Dispute Resolution in healthcare.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain features for the IDRE platform, ensuring high-quality code and performance
- Collaborate closely with a small, senior engineering team to make architectural and product decisions
- Engage in product conversations and take ownership of features from inception to production
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of professional software development experience with expertise in React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and SQL
- Advanced spoken and written English proficiency
- Located in a Latin American country with the ability to work during US Eastern Time hours
- Experience with financial or transactional systems is preferred
- Capability to work and invoice as an independent contractor in the country of residence
