Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To shape the core architecture of a Fintech Platform, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will architect and implement scalable backend microservices within one of three squads Payments, Disbursements, or GRC while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable backend microservices for financial operations
- Develop systems for secure fund collection and timely disbursement of funds
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver comprehensive financial solutions and mentor junior developers
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, preferably in the Fintech domain
- Proven experience in building and shipping software applications
- Solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, and web service design, including REST APIs
- Knowledge of security protocols, compliance standards, and KYC/AML processes
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging technologies
