Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time salaried capacity, the Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and deliver complex AI-enabled technical solutions while owning the entire lifecycle of the components built from design through production.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered systems and workflows that meet functional and performance requirements
- Translate loosely defined business requirements into clear technical plans and execute them effectively
- Collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality end-to-end delivery and uphold engineering standards
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with ownership of significant components or features
- Strong experience utilizing AI coding agents and building custom automations or tooling
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language and familiarity with RESTful APIs and cloud platforms
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tooling for automating build, test, and release pipelines
- Understanding of AI security and data-handling risks, including prompt injection and data leakage
