Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support complex creative production workflows, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and build AI-enabled tools and pipelines, connecting AI models with DCC applications and production infrastructure, while providing technical leadership and ensuring production-quality software.
Key responsibilities
- Own the development and maintenance of tools and pipeline systems from discovery through implementation and support
- Build multi-step agentic workflows that integrate models, tools, APIs, and services, ensuring context management and failure recovery
- Create and maintain AI-enabled engineering tools and DCC integrations that meet the needs of artists and technical artists
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience with production tools or content pipelines
- 2+ years of technical leadership experience, including mentoring engineers and guiding architectural decisions
- Strong Python skills with experience in software architecture, API design, and automated testing
- Background in integrating DCC applications and supporting content workflows from authoring to delivery
