Job Summary
In a hybrid work environment, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will build full-stack features for Pinners, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development from ideation to release while employing best practices in code quality and testing.
Key responsibilities
- Build full-stack Pinner-facing features to enhance user experience on Pinterest
- Lead the product development process, including prototyping, A/B testing, and scalable solution architecture
- Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to implement end-to-end functionality
Required qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of industry experience in full-stack or backend development
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in common backend and frontend tech stacks, such as Javascript and React
- Experience in writing reliable and maintainable code following best practices
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
