Job Summary
Joining a hybrid team in Brooklyn, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will enhance agent tooling and infrastructure to improve the efficiency and quality of support provided by Etsy's Support Agents.
Key responsibilities
- Improve and maintain agent tooling and infrastructure for scalable support
- Collaborate with design and UX stakeholders to enhance user experience
- Debug and refactor existing code while building new features
Required qualifications
- Experience with FrontEnd frameworks such as React or Angular
- Strong background as a full stack engineer, preferably with PHP
- Proven debugging skills and experience with legacy code
