Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely with occasional on-site collaboration, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will implement features for customer-facing applications and lead the transformation of the tech stack to a Serverless architecture.
Key responsibilities
- Establish technical excellence standards and collaborate with Product Management and UX designers to develop high-performance applications
- Champion best practice development methodologies and facilitate automated testing to enhance team innovation
- Mentor team members through effective standards setting, code reviews, and pairing
Required qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing complex enterprise applications with JavaScript
- Strong skills in HTML5 and CSS3, along with experience in writing unit and integration tests in JavaScript
- Familiarity with React, Redux, and JavaScript build/task runners like Webpack
- Solid understanding of MVC architecture and frameworks, as well as experience with performance optimization
