Job Summary
Collaborating with product managers and engineering teams, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will focus on quality assurance by designing test cases, conducting exploratory testing, and ensuring robust test coverage throughout the development lifecycle in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers to review acceptance criteria and user stories, identifying gaps and ambiguities before development
- Design and write comprehensive test cases based on user flows and risk analysis, ensuring thorough coverage
- Execute exploratory testing and track quality trends, communicating findings to drive informed decisions across teams
Required qualifications
- Strong foundation in test case design with extensive QA experience from product design to launch
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or Appium
- Experience with exploratory and risk-based testing methodologies
- Ability to critically read and interpret requirements, identifying potential issues before testing
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar agile project tracking tools
