Job Summary
Experienced in ad technology, the remote Senior Software Engineer will develop high-quality solutions for header bidding and Prebid.js, writing production code daily and collaborating with engineers to enhance monetization capabilities for major websites.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a hands-on developer, writing and shipping production code while reviewing peers' pull requests
- Act as a subject matter expert for Prebid.js and Prebid Server, providing insights on architecture and modules
- Maintain high code quality for client-side scripts, ensuring optimal performance and reliability across thousands of publisher sites
Required qualifications
- Deep expertise with Prebid.js wrapper configuration and bid adapters
- In-depth knowledge of the auction lifecycle and experience with Prebid Server stored requests
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ad Manager, including line item architecture and dynamic allocation
- 4+ years of JavaScript development experience, with substantial TypeScript experience
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform for deploying high-throughput services
