Job Summary
To support the development of a cutting-edge Fintech Platform, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will architect and implement scalable backend microservices, focusing on secure payment, disbursement, and compliance systems while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable backend microservices within the Payments, Disbursements, or GRC squads
- Develop and optimize systems for secure transaction processing and timely fund disbursement
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver holistic financial solutions and mentor junior developers
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a dynamic environment
- Fluent or advanced English proficiency
- Proven experience in building and iterating on software applications in the Fintech domain
- Solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, and web service design, including REST APIs
- Familiarity with security protocols, compliance standards, and KYC/AML processes
