Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support a dynamic team, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will independently develop and refactor software products while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating in agile processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops, tests, deploys, and maintains software, ensuring it meets user needs and achieves results
- Actively seeks growth opportunities through experimentation and collaboration with team members
- Provides guidance to junior engineers on modern software development frameworks and leads technical discussions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- 2-4 years of experience building high-volume, enterprise-scale backend applications
- Proven experience designing and developing APIs and scalable microservices architectures
- Hands-on experience with Java, Kafka, RESTful APIs, and Google Cloud Platform
- Experience supporting large-scale data environments with high transaction volumes
