Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the ML CI/CD infrastructure, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain automated testing and deployment pipelines for generative AI models, working remotely to enhance developer productivity and accelerate development cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated testing, validation, and deployment pipelines for ML models and inference services
• Reduce CI execution times through intelligent parallelization, caching, and efficient resource utilization
• Develop systems for automated model validation and performance benchmarking to ensure model quality and reliability

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with proficiency in Python and production infrastructure
• Experience designing and operating CI/CD systems using GitHub Actions or similar technologies
• Strong understanding of automated testing, build systems, and dependency management
• Experience with containerized workloads, Docker, and cloud infrastructure
• Ability to design reliable distributed systems and debug complex infrastructure failures
