Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Driving projects to enhance AI agents' effectiveness within the software development workflow, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve developer productivity and refine existing frameworks and tools, working remotely with occasional travel to the San Francisco office.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to identify opportunities for improving developers' productivity
- Drive roadmap projects and deliver high-quality results to support the team's mission
- Enhance existing frameworks and tooling to align with ambitious development goals
Required qualifications
- 5-9+ years of industry experience in software development
- Experience building reliable developer tooling in Go
- Proficiency in iOS development using Swift, including building applications, libraries, and frameworks
- Experience working with Ruby and maintaining or improving existing tooling
- Familiarity with leveraging Agentic AI to optimize software development workflows
