Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Designing and maintaining scalable cloud-native microservices, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will work remotely to translate business requirements into technical solutions, provide mentorship, and ensure code quality and security standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy microservices and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot
- Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers
- Monitor application health, troubleshoot production incidents, and ensure high availability
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of software development experience with microservices and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot
- 3+ years of experience with distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
- 3+ years of deploying applications on cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) using container technologies
- 3+ years of experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- 3+ years of experience providing technical guidance and conducting design reviews
